Every groom service includes a bath with shampoo tailored to your pet's needs, conditioner, blow dry, brush out, ears cleaned, nails trimmed and filed down. Any haircut or light trimming for your dog should be discussed at drop off.

For the safety and comfort of all dogs, it is generally discouraged for pet parents to stay during the grooming process. Dogs can become overly excited or anxious in the presence of the pet parent, making the grooming service difficult or dangerous to complete.

The amount of time it takes for dog grooming varies by breed and service, but you can usually plan on it taking 3-4 hours. Condition of the dog's coat and behavior can also prolong the grooming service. Each appointment is a case by case basis.

A good rule of thumb for dog grooming frequency is every 6-8 weeks. Dogs with longer or high maintenance coats should ideally be groomed every 4-6 weeks. Grooming should be regular and routine for your pet.
