Prices shown for well maintained dogs on a 4-6 week schedule. Final price is based on size, temperament, and condition of coat. Quoted prices are subject to change based on labor and underlying issues not noticeable at check-in.

First time clients will be required to provide their name, address, and phone number for accurate record keeping. Email address is optional.

Each client must also read and sign Muddy Paw Spa's Service Agreement upon their first visit.

In the case of a severely matted dog, the client is required to also sign a Matted Pet Release Form.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 24 hours notice to waive the $50 late cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.   

  • Please make every effort to call/text 317-443-0800 and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations. Do not send an email to cancel your appointment.

  • Owners must be on time for their appointment. If you arrive any later than 15 minutes, the groom may be cancelled as a courtesy to others.

  • Owners must also collect their dog within an hour of the completed groom. Failure to do so will incur a $15 dog sitting charge.


  • It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact Muddy Paw Spa to cancel or reschedule.

  • In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged a fee of $50. Failure to pay the no-show fee will result in expulsion as a client of Muddy Paw Spa, LLC. 

  • Missed or cancelled appointments result in lost time that could have been used to provide services to other clients. I value my clients and their time. Thank you for your understanding.
